Summary ID 54 Episode 12 The Two A-UN Boys Author Kon Episode Summary The episode starts off with each regular member getting ready to attend the competition. Seigaku members finally arrive at the tennis park, and Tezuka submit their registration form. Ryoma and Momo have volunteered to play double 2, and to their surprise, their opponents are Fukawa and Izumi, whom Ryoma and Momo played at the street tennis court and lost badly to. Fukawa and Izumi try to hit the ball down the middle everytime because they know that Ryoma and Momo are amateurs at doubles, and they don't cooperate well. However, Ryoma and Momo conquer their opponents' plan by shouting AH and UN to indicate who's going to return the ball that's going down the middle. The shouts work perfectly, but the other Seigaku members who are watching are embarrassed by the shouts. Izumi and Fukawa now try different techniques to get both Ryoma and Momo on the same side of the court, so the other side is open to an attack, and the new plan works wonderfully. Ryoma and Momo are arguing whether whose ball it is, and the opponents are demeaning them. Off the court, the coach asks Tezuka if she has made a mistake of allowing Ryoma and Momo to play double 2, and Tezuka answers with a simple, "Yes."
